• Runner for Council submission and circulation from R2500 per plan
• Legal application for encroachment – R3000 per plan
• Site development plan – From R5 per square metre over and above the building plans
• A minimum fee may apply for smaller projects!!

Please Note: The inspection fee of R850 will be deducted if the quotation is accepted. If the quote is not accepted the R850 fee is not refundable!!
